Position Title: Orientation and Mobility (O&M) Specialist 

Reports To: Head of Client Services

Location: 912 West Broadway Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104 

Position Type: Full Time, Salaried and Exempt  

Salary Range: $55,000- $75,000

I have the job posted on our website which also posts on Indeed.  We also have a posting on AER, NSITE and my LinkedIn. 
I am working on posting it on the ACVREP website as well. I feel like if an O&M is looking to change jobs, they would find the job opening. However, I feel like the best way to connect to someone would be through their relationships and current connections.
We can hire someone that is degreed but not certified, and they would need to receive their certification within 1 year of employment. They could be certified as an NOMC or COMS.
 I am happy to do a phone call if anyone wants to interview me and get a sense of the expectation and job here at Lighthouse.
